Practice

In Delaware, Canton Law is organized as a Delaware State Limited Liability Company (LLC) and registered as a foreign entity in the State of Maryland. Attorneys are licensed to practice only in those state and federal courts listed on the attorney’s biographical page. Attorneys admitted to practice law solely in the State of Maryland and are subject to only Maryland State Disciplinary and Ethical Rules unless otherwise noted. Canton Law, LLC does not intend to regularly practice law nor give legal advice involving any court in which none of our attorneys is licensed to practice.
